Tvättloop – Service Policy

Booking Terms

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or at our service location.
  • All bookings are confirmed based on availability.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact details, vehicle type, and location (if mobile service).
  • Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 2 hours prior to appointment time without charges.
  • Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in service fees or loss of slot priority.
  • Tvättloop reserves the right to reschedule or delay appointments due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for removing valuables from their vehicles before service.
  • Any dissatisfaction with service must be reported within 24 hours after completion to qualify for review or rework.

Payment Terms

  • Service charges are communicated on the website or through customer support.
  • Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or location requirements.
  • Payments must be made before or immediately after service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Advance payments or deposits (if requested) are non-transferable except in cases where Tvättloop fails to provide service.
  • Refunds apply only when:
  • Duplicate transactions occur
  • Tvättloop cancels service and customer declines rescheduling
  • Verified dissatisfaction claims are lodged within 24 hours

No refunds apply to:

  • Late cancellation or no-show
  • Cancellation after work has begun
  • Customer delays affecting booked slots
  • Tvättloop may offer a re-wash, discount, or voucher instead of a refund based on manager assessment.
  • All payments are processed securely through approved channels.

Environment Terms

  • Tvättloop follows eco-friendly steam cleaning that reduces water usage and protects vehicle surfaces.
  • Customers agree to provide a safe environment for mobile service, including access to vehicle and suitable working space.
  • Tvättloop technicians use non-toxic, environmentally safe cleaning agents where applicable.
  • Customers must ensure:
  • Safe vehicle parking
  • Removal of hazardous items inside the car
  • No children or pets interfering with service area

Tvättloop is not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Poor surface paint condition
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Faulty accessories or loose fittings
  • Weather conditions may affect service quality and timing.

Tvättloop reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
